Our story begins with Mamma Caterina. Family and relatives were
drawn to Mamma Caterina during family celebrations.
Folklore, traditions and cuisine passed on over the
generations nourished festivities.
These wonderful traditions guided and embodied our families.
It is these culinary experiences we would like to share with you.
